Some aspects of our lives can be overwhelming, and some life events can be stressful and traumatic, leaving us feeling stuck and unable to cope.

Talking with a counsellor can help alleviate some of your feelings and bring clarity to the issue you are facing. It can also help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your experiences and navigate your difficulties.

Locations

I offer sessions face-to-face in Wimbledon (SW19) and Kensington (SW5) in both English and Portuguese.

I also work remotely (online or via phone).
