Taking the courageous step to seek therapy can be overwhelming, but I am here to support you in your journey.

About Me

I am originally from Brazil and have lived in the UK since 1998.

Throughout my professional career, I have had different roles supporting people with their well-being, helping them make positive changes in their mental health and reaching their full potential.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their guidelines and ethical framework. This means that I work to professional standards respecting my work and my clients and strive to be transparent and non-judgmental. I am fully committed to continued development and engage in regular supervision to deliver the best work to my clients.
